only serious replies please

not imo, infras are safer and typically provide a great result. Orbital decompression is only if you have a seriously bad negative orbital vector, not just a bad one, but like obvious that you have very bad bug eyes.

idk about him, i'd go to eppley or yammerchuck for infraorbitals. That dude's eyes also had 0 potential

Idk, its just his results look like orbital decomp, he wont tell his doctor tho, he doesnt even admit surgeries.

Orbital decompression is very safe and the results look more natural because no foreign material is added to the face. The chance of going blind from orbital decompression is like 1/20000. Your odds of dying while riding a bicycle are much higher. It’s a risk that should be taken

exactly this. there are also different techniques. one would include removing bone and making the orbital wider but for cosmetic reason they mostly remove some soft tissue behind the eyes if i understood it correctly

hate this guy.

My orbital rim implants fixed my dark circles completely which is the only thing they're really meant to do... decompression is for 'bug' eyes which are totally different (but if you're an unlucky fuck I guess you could have both). The guy above that got the implants needed to fix his negative canthal tilt, from the looks of the pics he didn't have undereye circles (tear troughs) so he basically wasted his money. Although getting them will help you age in the future.

where is the before then. and why does it say so on the picture?
I’ve gotten 3 messages today asking me for before and after pics, I get one every week. Google has hundreds of results

is that you?
why not just post a before picture now PUBLICLY - then nobody would have to ask you

your afters are everywhere on the internet anyways so what difference would it make

You need to get approved for orbital decompression

No, removing orbital volume from a non protruding eye would cause serious functional issues.

Does it matter if it is man.
Of course, I never had a shitty eye area until I realized my maxilla was recessed. It's usually a bone problem then sleep. In my honest opinion I think everyone with as much dystrophy and downward growth as me should honestly vouch and try their hardest to get MFL3. Regardless of the risks, I believe it will be the most satisfactory outcome

Eyes that do not bulge, or protrude out of their normal position?

too vague for me. i agree however that people like sean opry wouldnt need orbital decompression. but then again: these people are not unhappy with their eyes to begin with and probably wouldnt need infraorbital implants aswell

Most people here don’t have actual bulging eyes.

Or at least not to the degree you usually see in the before and after of this procedure.

Damn, I was about to comment after I left that huh, but i had forgot.
I was unaware that Face got surgery and having seen his pics I'm truly curious how does he look now. At least one of his pics is already on the internet, so he should post he's surgery result tbh ( though it clear why he won't, because one more pic of him would trully dox him ).

right now im aiming for this level of protrusion

Seems unlikely unless you inherently have deep set eyes. You need protruding orbital bones for you to get anywhere near that look to be honest.
Orbital decompression could help but it’s not going to make your eyes this deep set.

where can i find yammerchuck?

NY, also don't go to eppley ever. There are better surgeons out there. And OD isn't a meme, so long as you get a first wall OD.

What is wrong with the other “walls” of OD? Curious I’m most likely doing this at some point
