Very few surgeons do orbital decompression for aesthetic reasons. It always will be a primarily a functional surgery meant for people with thyroid eye disease orbital tumors where reducing orbital pressure or creating more space for the eye is necessary to preserve vision. Orbital decompression was never meant to be surgery for aesthetics.

Explain the jfl react @Chris88 what I said is true. Most doctors will look at you like you escaped the mental asylum if you walked into their office and demanded an orbital decompression
