Yes, I would highly recommend not only buying a house but actual land if it's a small city/ countryside.

Can't think of any better investment than good fertile land. The future will be bleak and dark if you have no means of self-reliance.

Right now I'm saving and will buy dirt cheap land away from the cities. I'm from EE so I can do that but I'm not sure how is in your country.

You will be better off renting if you plan to live in a big city. Shit is about to get real in 10-20 years.

The general consensus is buying is always better than renting. But buying is ridiculously expensive.
