Is Pakistani considered a pheno?

I am Kurdish but cannot count the number of times people asked if I am Pakistani. Me and my friend were talking to 2 Asian girls at a bar and they said they think I am Pakistani. I met a lot of Paki guys that said I look Paki. I’ve always assumed that Pakis are the same as Indians as I don’t know a lot of people from this region personally. Also Pakistan is a relatively small country so it’s odd that people would say you’re from such a specific country, it would be like me telling a white person I think they’re from Latvia. Is Pakistani considered a different pheno?

Peshawar is on the border of Afghanistan so they are genetically similar to Afghans. There is a huge difference between a Pakistani and a Dravidian Indian.
