Yes it is. It gives the impression that you are malnourrished, sleep-deprivated and just not very healthy at all.

yeah. Pale is a good base though because you are white which is ideal. Just add a nice bit of tan so it looks like you go outside maybe a surfer skin tone. Get some self/fake tan or get some melanotan 2 and use tanning machines or outside. If you are going outside dont bother without doing melanotan 2 its not very quick results especially if you are pale.
