Depends on undertones and hue, search for seasonal color palette, for example im a deep winter, i have a neutral pale skin color with dense black hair and eyes and ppl tell me i look striking, but pale with blonde hair may have low contrast and make u look like a low T cuck, while being tan and blonde looks amazing and again, striking, so again, depends, also on pheno ofc
