Is pale skin or golden tan skin best for making light eyes appear more?

As you can see I have really pale skin and I think it goes well along with my phenotype/eyes. But lately I've been wondering if a golden tan with darker eyebrows would be good for making the eyes appear lighter?

Yes imo, golden skin with light coloured eyes is a good halo
