is pale>tanned?

i have the most mid coloring aot, from hair, brows to eyes all equally brown. white skin btw. ive recently seen people talking abt supplements that when u take in exccess turn skin orange, i lowk think it would look dumb af and fuck up my contrast even more, what should i do?

You could try to take some carotenoids, I recommend you try 8-12mg astaxanthin and cycle it

Yeah I used to take a bunch of carotenoids but I didn’t really see results because of low doses and I wasn’t tryna cycle it
