i mean im considering fat grafts or implants. theres a lot of hollowing in the canine fossa. malar fat pads definitely contribute to it but when i pull my skin up the hollowing is still there. ive heard mixed opinions on paranasal implants from different surgeons and how it has high complication rates. and fat grafts will require multiple sessions and i assume doesnt replicate bone nearly as well

Nigga you order it on the internet, search prp kits, they are like 20$ then youll need a centrifuge for like total it becomes 100 if you buy a cheap one, follow instructions and stick you blood and let it spin then take the stuff you want and inject that shit

Youll find more detailed instructions online or youtube for prf and prp diy

Maybe you just need to get rid of the fat drooping down

Yes, but maybe it's not actually hollow there but the malar is just big and protrusive relative to the paranasal region creating the illusion of a recessed paranasal region

Try pushing down on the malar fat pad above your naso fold if they disappear it may just be a fat issue

I did my second aqualyx session in the malar fat pad a week ago to exactly try and fix that issue btw

how did it go
I made a thread on it but as for results the swelling has only now reduced significantly. Hoping to see results soon but aqualyx usually takes a couple weeks after for results so I'm praying rn. But after my first session I didn't notice any difference really
