From a more typical looksmaxing perspective we think in terms of recession. So my question is for those who lean towards this concept what is your opinion of Paul, is he recessed? does he need bimax? If not what should he do?
From an orthotropics perspective one would say he is very verticaly grown.

yes I have he has a poor frame from no manual labor and perhaps shitty diet??? who knows. Mike is tall though above 6ft for sure.

Did you say if one has a short ramus they need to be downgrown to look normal? I have a short chin and lower third and my ramus is short r u saying the solution is to become more downgrown?

Sadly, you can only fraud,
I have a vertical face,

so my best copes is a wide hair on the back to give wider appearance.
Fixes is mse, Maxically expander,
zygo implants / fillers,
or lower jaw expanders, but this one is more effective when young
wraparound implant, or filler masculanization, ramus etc

mandibular downgrowth doesn't impact the structural integrity of your jaw anatomy as much because it's able to retain a proper hinge.

people with higher gonial angles have weaker bite forces.

Left side of my face has the mandibular downgrowth and my right side that's more recessed and ugly has the regular downgrowth
