Its Not pct that makes a Guy feminine, but the shape of the eye. If Its roundish with Long lashes, a light color, slight scleral Show, uee, Its generally feminine.

Makes sense, having a nct can mean you seem ur lazy but mean are meant to have half the pct of what women have. Androgens and estrogens can lift the eye. Whereas stress hormones like cortisol causes downwards tilt
