It's kinda cope tbh. Risks injury. Pumping isn't permanent, and neither is jelqing either, but especially not pumping. A lot of the old school kids ended up losing all of their jelqing gains. The only thing that's sort of legit is stretching.

I got a quarter to a half inch in a month of sporadic pumping and stretching, no real program. Generally from what I hear is .5 inches: 1-3 months, 1 inch: 1 year, 2 inches: 2-3 years if you work at it. Girth seems to vary more
