Is Pectus Excavatum (Sunken Chest) a huge smv failo?

Basically I have a somewhat minor, maybe meduim case of pectus excvatum in my chest. My chest looks very similar to this except I have like 50% more muscle.

Before when I showed it to a girl she said she didnt care and she was touching me but idk if she was just bullshitiing me. Ive seen people get a lot of muscle and u can pretty much fully cover it up. Im just to lazy and dont have enough time to work out a lot. I know the female gaze is more important, but in ur guys opinion, is having a small dent in the chest like this guy above a huge smv failo? Like would a girl see it and if she previously was attracted to u will loose attraction?

1 in a hundred males havce it so its actually not that rare. Funny u guys both have it though. Seems like a lot of ppl on this forum do. Maybe theres a correlation between PE and lower confidence -> sucked into manosphere/forums.

I stg this isnt cope but if its rlly a big problem u can just work out and u can hide it. I think if a girl was alr in love or obssessed with u like in the context of a ltr and not a hookup it could be overlooked. Especially if u have other traits like wide shoulders and small hips to compromise. I use to be huge skinny incel and would never take my shirt off but now im like fuck it and I just do it especially on vacation because face and height wise I mog tf out of these gym maxxed ltns.
