Is it overall a good roi if im 16cm
 
adding 2 cm to it wouldnt do shit for your life

From 6 inch to 7 inch
if youre gonna flash it on ome then yeah it might bring some benefits
other than that i cant think of anything let me know if anything comes to your mind

Why pay thousands of dollars on a surgery when you can just pin it to the roof of your bedroom and hang on it for 30 minutes and get an easy .5 inches of penile growth

Traction is legit, if you do it properly you should be able to get an inch or more in length. This should be enough for the vast majority of people to get to average or above average length.

Pumping and clamping for girth are options too (I dont plan on doing clamping though).

Surgery wise I’ve heard penuma and HA fillers are decent surgeries but these only influence girth. As far as I know, no decent surgeries for length.

true, but it depends on what your goals are. If you want to dihmog, imo you need to be 6.5” NBP or more (visible length - which is what I’m at). But for most women 6.3” BP is fine.
