You know it's rare when an orthodontist writes an article about someone with full dentition (wisdom tooth included), wide arches, healthy gums and perfect enamel visiting her:

Sometimes you just have to blog about a person having all 32 teeth - and all of them healthy. Most of us have at least lost our four wisdom teeth leaving us with 28 teeth. A very few people have more than 32 teeth but

I've been saying it for ages, you can't lose at life with a smile like this:

This type of teeth that comes naturally without braces are ALWAYS an indicator of at least ideal bone growth. You can't get teeth like that just by wearing braces. You will either have to incline the front teeth more to make up for the space that is not existent, or you would have to remove some teeth, or you will have to flare them sideways etc...
