No it's not cope, if you put Vaseline on your lashes, it will hydrate then and prevent breakage

its cope in the sense that you wont see any significant growth, they may look a little better and more hydrated over time but realistically the gold standard for growing your lashes would be latisse, then oral minoxidil, then weaker methods like the ordinary lash serum or castor oil
