It does little for me like for example if I take 450/700 mg it gives me this slight relaxed feeling but if I take a solid gram or 1.5 gram of it
I get a sort of dizzy feeling like nothing nauseiting it does lower my inhibition but it doesn't make me into some sort of social butterfly that can talk to anyone at a whim.

But I still take it for slight relaxation and sleep.

Overall it's more useful for sleep than say socialization.

Yeah its definitely legit. Not sure about how to get it in jewmerica or jewstralia but its effective just like other medications for anxiety

I have only been using it for a month or so and I only have tried it from one vendor so my experience with it might be different as time progresses.

But still, I think phenibut is just overhyped as some wonder drug if it really was it would have been banned long ago.

I get the “butterfly” feeling by listening to relaxing music or regrettably asmr jfl. But I want to try it because it seems reputable, and may give a different experience than I felt while listening to relaxing sounds
