Like everytime poeple talking about good pheno vs bad pheno they are only talking about coloring
For example poeple call anyone with blue eyes and dark hairs north Atlantid.

to add to that, most of the actors coined as being north-atlantid are actually paleo-atlantids, and it's blatantly obvious due to the bone structure too.

the gene for light eyes also exists in almost every european population.


actual north atlantids have extremely shitty bone structure and look like this in real life.

Pheno refers to phenotype, just like genotype, there's a phenotype.

The genotype refers to an organism's genetic makeup, while the phenotype encompasses the observable traits resulting from the interplay between that genetic makeup and environmental influences.

I.E: Genotype = Genes, Phenotype = how your environment (diet, geolocation, exercise, lifestyle, external factors) affects your genes

Example: A person could be genotypically blessed with curly hair, but due to excessive stress, manifest a negative phenotype of hair loss. The stress led to hormonal imbalances and decreased blood flow to the hair follicles, ultimately causing hair thinning and loss.
