I’m a lot more flexible in my hip flexors now but still stuck in apt/hyperlordosis. Will it help target the deep core?

There's no such thing as targeting the deep core because groups of muscles work in tandem. Core flexion works all muscles involved in flexion, whether deep or shallow. Pilates probably won't hurt; its way better than sitting on your ass
