My defintion is taking someones property without their consent.. its easy 1.when I borrow from my friend i get his consent. 2. When I just take the movie without his consent its stealing even if I give it back.

Not the same he isn't borrowing because he can still watch when you pirate and thousands of others can still watch. If you all watch it on discord together and he played the movie it wouldnt ne stealing
