Growth plates fuse at 18 for males. I stopped growing in height a long time ago. It's not necessary to inflate height. I used to think height was of comparable importance to face. When I saw my 3-4psl 6'+ friends get rejected by girls I had rejected I understood that face is of far greater importance.
