ChatGPT:

- Meat, poultry, fish and eggs are “complete proteins” and easily absorbed

- Diary based protein (whey) is also considered “complete protein” but slightly less absorption rate

- Plant proteins are “incomplete proteins”

Yes, eggs are too inferior.
What? ChatGPT said egg protein has almost 100% absorption rate and contains all amino acids

Most plants have defense toxins so no

For example, Peanut protein lacks lysine and absorption rate is only 0.52 to 0.7 (0.00-1.00 range)

They do have defense toxins but that doesn't make the protein inferior. the protein IS Inferior but not in that regards.

How is the first one 100-159, I thought they would normalize the scores to 0-100
No idea. Safe to say anything from Animal Mogs. Rice Mogging Soybean is Insane. Better consoom Rice and Dal instead of soy.

Whey is from dairy
Yes but it must be unpasteurized or non-sterilized dairy, if you heat for too long for temps too high, it will destroy the whey protein.
