When I was like 13 I used to be addicted to hypixel and played it for atleast 6 7 hours a day but that was also the time I hit my growth spurt and couldn't maximize it. Even though my father is 5'10 I stuck at 5'6

I would sit infront of my pc for 6,7 hours with shit posture and ate like 10 grams of protein and 100 grams of sugar, 0 sunlight and masterbated like 4-5 times day and this went on for 1 year straight. Doesn't this effect your height?
