Is playing videogames a low test activity?

I'm curious what your guys' opinion on this is.
I'm an incel so I've always played videogames (obviously), and even now, that I'm older and focusing on other stuff (gym, looks, money, school) I still love playing games like CS2 or League with my friends.
Is this a low test activity? :feelswah:

me personally yeah, as I'm "high elo" in most games I touch, but my friends usually suck fucking ass :feelsuhh:
 
if i am playing cs2 im getting fucking crazy cotisol spike
but i love competitive gaming just because i love to win
50/50 its good but if gaming the only thing you are doing throughout the day its bad
