Is pork liver good for health?

I bought 2 for S$ 10 and am boiling it and gonna eat it right now.

Google says that it is high in fat.

Bro wtf? It tastes like shit. I don't know how to cook it with spices and salt, I just boiled it. Now I feel like puking after eating a few bites. My Curry ass is unconditioned to eating it.
