I got my T tested and it was like 550 ng/dL so its not high T lol. I can fap without porn perfgectly fine. But I heard there were studies that porn reduces grain matter in brain and has a similar affect on the brain as drug addiction.

Yes, but most people who think they are addicted aren't actually addicted. They just use it to cope with boredom/anxiety/shit life. True porn addiction is having a GF/regular sex and still beating your shit 5x a day, or spending hours everyday watching porn from your huge collection without even fapping (some boomers are like this it's weird)
Casual, "normal" porn use is still bad for you, but it doesn't suggest there's anything wrong with you. It's just a product of living in tha 21st century
