Is positive hooding actually possible or a meme?

I want to get fat grafts, but when I get them what should I tell my surgeon because from what I see positive hooding isn't real as the people who have "positive" hooding don't have full hooded eyes while people like Gandy have full hooded eyes, but with slightly negative hooding as it's impossible to have full hooded eyes without some sort of negative hooding, can anybody show exemples with people?

I have a lot of UUE, if I were to have minimal UEE ofc I wouldn't want to get fat grafts
