Hey guys, how are you? Is possible to get Bimax CW (anterior downgraft) with CCW (posterior epaction)?

CW for taller maxilla and more upper teeth show (frontal downgrafting)
with
CCW for downward growth , occlusal plane and mandibular plane? (back downgrafting)

What you are essentially saying is a full downgraft of the maxilla.

There's no such thing as CW and CCW downgrafting, as it's logically not possible.

A full maxilla downgraft is unstable and very few surgeons can do it, usually they do ccw or cw to have bone to bone contact.
