Is posterior tilt/ swayback posture a failo?

Anterior pelvic tilt is seen as a failo but what about the opposite?

When I stand Im always leaning back

Yeah it feels good to be in that position but not sure if it damages the spine or something

Okay that looks dumb and caveman like, i thought your legs are straight, while just your back is leaned back as well as your head
Yeah I stand like that not so extremelly but close to that

Try to make your legs straight, that will make sure people dont perceive you as shorter than you actually are

But peobably not so good for lower back just like anterior tilt
This has nothing to do with your lower back, the way you stand depends on which muscles you have more pumped up, like your front abs or your back, the way you are more comfortable standing = it is better because of your muscles

Makes sense and yeah I feel the abs engaged all the time when standing like this

I literally changed my stance by training some muscles and ignoring others :forcedsmile:
