Caffeine is enough as a pre for energy strength and endurance. Also helps debloat as caffeine is a light diuretic
anything more is cope and is needed for you to pay more money

400mg a day for my entire life?
I have hard times falling asleep if I take 400 mg in the midnight personally. Not for life but on workout days

does mk677 really increase the appetite? asking since youre the sarm guy here

I was a huge addict of pre-wo for over ten years but ran out one day, went to the gym, and have never taken it again. Honestly I feel you get a better workout if you're not insanely amped up. If you lift in the morning just drink a coffee or something but it's just a waste of money.

Pre workout is retarted, just bunch of coffein. Gym normies take pre workout in the evening so they would take sleeping pills at night.
Just use salt as pre workout.

L-theanine reduces the effects of caffeine. If you take caffeine alone there is a sweet spot between shaking and just having a better workout, i almost never use caffeine though.

The trick is just to use it on the very hard days like a couple times a week, and just caffeine and the things which work for you, which are pretty cheap anyways most of the time.

That's fine but I feel like even on days dragging ass, once you get halfway through the workout you feel more energetic so you don't need it. Especially if you work out in the evening after work, it just makes it very hard to sleep at night.
