Pregab is good. I love it. No noticeable sides or loss of cognition when I've run doses around 300-400mg, but only ad hoc; never sustained.

will only help with physical anxiety symptoms such as high heart rate/ hands shaking, still a pretty good drug for NDS doe

Just do Pregab and exposure therapy. I will always stand by this as being amazing.
Moderate-to-high dose Pregab as needed for social events and then progressively drop dosage over time.
Also very easy to larp GAD to get it prescribed in Australia. But maybe you have GAD anyway, given your question

Dont need to be 18 but I can’t get one as the Centrelink person said im better off waiting until I move out so my mum prob won’t get me my own card.
