is premaxillary augmentation valid?

Ive done some research on my specific problem and think mild premaxillary augmentation along with soft rhino is the best choice for me in the long run. Either it's an implant or grafting this seems to be permanent solution. I have weak lateral cartridge support and as it seems mild premaxilla deficiency. What do you think or are
there any better choices. It will improve upper lip to nose ratio, nose and slightly better midface projection.
Maybe just tip nose job is enough i dont mind the bump

i think i also have sfs, but i also have a deep bite and my teeth arent straight. So will have to see how fixing my teeth will impact the bite and what my orthodontist says. If its bad i probably also look into bimax

Most likely ortho will sell you into camouflage if you don’t clearly tell him you want to do orthognatic surg

idk german orthos are brutal honest. My ortho when i was 12 told my mom i might need bimax when i would be grown to fully fix it xd

No that’s he worst idea ever, you’ll create tmj problems breathing problems.
Also what does it advance you in life ? You look better when you manually move your jaw ? What will you do on a date when u have to talk, eat, sleep with her etc

This won’t give you happiness btw.

Idk if you understand that but most people don’t get a very huge jump in quality of life after DJS. Depends on the case ofc. But you likely need more than a DJS, especially if you’re not softmzxxed yet
