Hello guys I have done alot of research on different diets and am trying to find the best one to have Clear skin prevent wrinkles and aging have low water retention and just any other things that can help and I've heard so much different things from different sources some say primal is good because there's more b12 and vitamin c and that vegetables are toxic and I've heard others that say uncooked meats and milks are harder to digest have less of other nutrients and can cary disease so any real advice would be greatly appreciated please not arguments like "our ancestors ate it" im looking for optimal diet not what helped our ancestors scrape by
