I've been fat my whole life until now. I was 92kg in August but now I've leaned down significantly to 83kg and plan to stop cutting at around 77 maybe. (6'0'/183cm, 18)
I wonder about 2 things.
1. Am I more prone to become fat again? I don't mean having remained a big appetite, I mean if my body is more likely to turn excess calories in a future bulk into more fat than muscle.
2. My more important question: If number 1 is true, Is it also a heritable trait? Could my child be more likely to have the same thing happening to him/her?
Is it a requirement to have children with a foid that doesn't have this trait? Or could I marry a girl who was fat and then turned lean without consequences for my children?
