I have an extremely bad case of UEE, probably in the 99th percentile for how extreme it is, and I also suffer from droopy eyelids. Upper eyelid fillers seem like a somewhat viable option but they only carry temporary effects and there aren't many good places that offer it where I'm located. Ptosis correction on the other hand is permanent results but I'm wondering how effective it'd be at eliminating my UEE considering I'd have to pay $8,000+ for it. I can private message my eye area for further understanding of how bad it is.

Ptosis repair is effective and the only correct solution if you have ptosis. You can have bad uee without having ptosis, in that case ptosis repair would not be indicated for you and you would need supraorbital fat graft or filler. You can also have both issues at once, or both issues only in one eye and just lack of fat in the other (one eye ptosis).
