Is pubertal gyno a sign of high estrogen and low testosterone?

i have had this shit since i was 13, i'm 18 now. i recently started leanmaxxing and cardiomaxxing and it's reducing in size tbh, also heard nofap will reduce the size.
But my question is if i'm a high e soyboy cus i have gyno?

Unless you look like a complete fucking twink with no masc features, pubertal gyno is caused by spikes in testosterone levels, when these levels spike it causes estrogen levels to also spike since the body wants to regulate these hormones, before getting any surgery I’d recommend waiting until you’re 21 since gyno can go away once your hormones start to calm down.

Can be both high E or high T

Gyno often comes when you have too much T for your body to handle so it converts your excess T into E

I have a deep voice and a decent frame but gyno.

Could also be due to high E receptors in breast tissue. I don't think it's physiologically possible to have high E and low T, since the majority of E in males is formed by aromatising T.
