Like when you're in a relationship you're most likely already talking and facetiming a few times a week or more. How would u go from that to just ghosting her and stuff without it turning into an argument or her thinking you've lost interest. It just ruins the connection you have and doesn't help with anything.

Arnold split / upper lower
chest/back, arms/shoulders legs rest upper lower rest then repeat

I've always done PPL in the gym, as well as with women (without the L) since I started gym tbh. I'm not sure if i should switch tbh to fix lacking points ike arms and back tbh (my chest and shoulders are stronger points). maybe your split, where back and bi would be trained on different days would be better as my biceps wouldn't be fatigued after back training, so can load more weight for biceps or do more reps.

That’s legit why I moved over to this, can have a full arm focus day with some shoulders, can smash arms without the fatigue of a back movement prior
PPL is great tho u could always do the ppl + Arnold split

I just do upper lower on weekends cos of my job

ill give it a shot!
only thing that put me off is 2 large muscle groups like chest and back on the same day, the mental fatigue or something may limit, but if i do back first, then chest it should be fine, since my chest is stronger than my back.
