Is push-pull split good my gym trainer recommended me that

Im a new gymcel my gym trainer said i can do that for a couple of weeks and then i can figure out my own split if i want is it a good split

its ok, but you should prioritize this

Tier 1 (highest priority):
  • Shoulders (delts)
  • Lats / upper back width
  • Upper chest
  • Traps and neck
  • Forearms

Tier 2 (secondary but still important):
  • Biceps and triceps
  • Core / abs
  • Legs

yes, but i prefer scienced-based lifting, so i do an upper lower split to hit 2x weekly. 4 days a week minimum, but its perfect. whatever you're doing tho as long as ur hitting mechanical failure
