Is qsc legit

I have an irl source but it's too expensive, my dad bought 200 iu for 200 euros

And qsc sells 720 iu for like 400 euros
So is it legit or not because I've heard about different experiences with qsc, some saying it's the best source on the greymarket and others say they got scammed/exit scammed
