Is quarter life crisis irrational

I knew I was a loser at 18-19 and didn’t really care

Yet still being a loser 2 years later around 20-21 is somehow the end of the world. Maybe it’s just too much internet usage and feeling shaming for not being muhhh alpha male

Or it’s the expectation that you suddenly transform into a well adjusted adult past a given age
