One said that they were constantly mogged and constantly the shortest at 6’3-6’4.

Some were saying that in the northern part of the Netherlands, 197-199cm was seen as perfectly normal.

Is this legit or are they exaggerating?

Maybe amongst Gen Z white guys I could see legit 6'3" / 191cm barefoot being somewhat average but no, if you are legit 200cm+ you will always be tall unless you are a basketball player.

Also keep in mind that as of today, around half of all reddit is either LARPing or fake alt accounts. Some of the people in r/tall fraud by a huge amount. I remember a year ago when I was curious and browsing that subreddit some kid claimed to be 6'10.5", they pictured him to the things he was standing next to (I think it was a parking lot entrance, there was a measurement chart nearby, but not close enough to see at first), and it turns out he was 6'4.5". Yeah nah. But something like 6'1 or 6'2 is not tall in the Netherlands, but would be considered so in America.
Key to growing taller is the dutch diet, I ate a lot of dairy as a kid as well.

according to the latest data it's 6'0 for Dutch zoomers. Ethnics probably skew it down a bit, but the fact that it's from self-reported surveys skews it up, so they cancel each other out. For what it's worth most Dutch people I've asked think it's 5'11-6'1 and the beginning of tall is 6'3-6'4.

Nah, average height in Netherlands is like 5'10, because of immigration. You'll be taller than almost everyone as 6'5, but won't feel super tall. In Scandinavia I have only a few times met a person who was taller than me, but I don't necessarily feel tall here. In Asia I felt like a giant. Absolutely towered over everyone. Here too, but more rarely.
