No they definitely need to decrease population. The Chinese government wanted to curb the population growth for decades now anyway. A war would fucking do that shit in a heartbeat, ESPECIALLY if the setting is at the Himalayan border between them and Curryland/Paki-land. So many would die from hypothermia, not to mention guerrilla tactics from the Tibetan natives against Chinese soldiers. It's a win-win if China secures the border, territory, plus the Kashmir region for Pakistan.

If Pakistan will do some biological warfare shit, then it would decrease curryland populations even further. THe poor ones would be the most affected (which are also areas where there are a huge surplus of men). It's not like they would have lived a life full of love and sex from foids anyway. Might as well get eradicated tbh.
