There's a limit to how long your PFL can be and people like de Poot and Noah are that limit. So, no, there's no such thing as too much, but there's such thing as a biological limit.

Lmao. Anyways OP, what I was trying to say is that I don't believe there's such a thing as too much PFL, rather your eye shape and how deep-set they are matter more. You could have high PFL but bulging eyes with NCT, wouldn't look good. So PFL is slightly arbitrary to aesthetics if you don't meet the prerequisites.
