if you have a long face just get ccw, everyone can get that if your occlusal plane isnt flat 0 degree
im brutally downswung my chin melts into my neck i have double chin

fat grafting results disappear after a few months or even weeks in some cases
That is simply not true.

Survival rate depends on various factors:
-Skill of surgeon
-Area of fat harvested
-Area where fat is placed on face

Once the injected fat has a blood supply, the fat almost never goes away. This is after some of the fat is re absorbed by the body.

Lol at posting a video from a surgeon's official YouTube account to prove your point. I have seen actual evidence from patients themselves of how bad fat grafting is.

Omd no way haus33 discovers that surgeries can go wrong, and not 100% of patients get good results? Wow well done.

This is like saying “jaw surgery is bad cus I saw some people get botched”

So we should just disregard all the good results from fat grafting? Like multiple members on this forum?:feelshah:

Absolutely not, jaw surgery is relatively permanent procedure disregarding relapse compared to fat grafting. I didn't say not 100% I said the majority of fat grafting cases are a disappointment or a botch .

How would you know this? And why do you think that fat grafting has high relapse rate? I have looked into this a lot more than you have- I can assure you.

So you think both of these people didn’t get SMV gains after fat grafting to orbitals? Lol welcome to the ignore list.

1) 7 day result in first one is not appropriate amount of time to assess fat grafting results
2) 2nd guy got several other procedures besides fat grafting including orbital decompression

1) his user is @WrathOfOlives And is now over 4 months post op. Guess what? He’s lost little/no fat from his initial surgery

2) where did u read he got orbital decompression lol? I’m pretty sure he didn’t: @SteveRogers confirm if I am wrong?
