My doctor said my plates were nearly closed a few months back but there's still a tiny bit of growth apparently according to him, i've been taking lyco and will get ast as well, all for redder undertones but I heard they both lower DHT. Should I try to increase my DHT to compensate for that or is it not worth it?
I don't think I am prone to balding btw, my dad is like NW2 but he's 60 and my mom's side has REALLY good hair genes literally my grandpa was like 80 and still was like NW0
