Cutting and getting as lean as possible during Ramadan then going on a mini bulk after can help you gain muscle faster (or at least gain the muscles you lose faster)?

Because:

1. Getting lean during Ramadan improves insulin sensitivity, meaning the body uses nutrients more efficiently for muscle growth

2. Lower body fat levels boost testosterone
