Title

I have a second online consultation on march with Ramieri and about to start orthodontics for decompensation

Didn't bother consult Pags as I 've seen one pretty bad bimax with him at Misc and the Chimp patient

I prefer doing jaw and infra implants in a second operation

i might be better bimax wise but he is conservative, on me he doesn t even want to do lf1

@RealSurgerymax is the best!

I think both are great, pag might be more aggressive in his movements

Maybe you don't have malocclusion or have flat occlusional plane so he can't do CCW rotation of maxilla on you

At least Ramieri knows that not anyone can ascend with bimax and some patients need just genio + conservative implants

Keeping Harmony is important most people with big movements and big implants looks uncanny as fuck

I think Ramieri is better for people with jaw deformities like class 2 or 3 maloclusion , steep mandibular angle , retrusive mandible , downgrown maxilla

While Pags is better for a flat occulsonal plane , no maloclusion , people that want more forward growth from a functionnal jaw base , surgery first candidates with no braces
