Is Ramieri's implate actually worth it?

For jaw you wont need to keep it up at all and well designed conservative infras has no maintaince. Its big infra implants or midfacial implamts that need maintaince. This is not implate aswell, since yhis dude did a two step appraoch since ram upploaded rhe bimax first then implant second round.

Also the reason for the kinda weirdness(assymetry) of the jaw is because one side had smaller ramus so he did more vertical extension and since the muscles are shorter on that side and the implant go lower he got dehisence. Or its actualky just that the muscle is in the same place. Which he would correct after with fat graft or filler
