It's legit if you can afford spending 1,000+ dollars on food a month, and have farms near you

The problem with most meat is that it's vaccinated, grain fed, wrapped in plastic, and the animals being fed gallons of seed oils daily. This results in poor quality meat. Eating such food raw is a recipe for disaster especially if you eat the organs. If you can get quality raw meat, then it's 100% the best food you can ever eat on the planet
