Guys i live in sweden where the milk quality is very high in the grocery stores, but unfortunately it is pasturised. I know there are more benefits of drinking them raw but im wondering if im doing more harm than good drinking pasturised milk? And plz dont come here with the ”raw milk and diet is cope” stfu i wanna be healthy AND good looking.

Does it improve bonemass alot?
Not a smidge.

Raw primal eaters somehow think their stuff increases bonemass as it would increase dht.
I don’t even think it increases dht at all and besides that dht dosent improve bones.

On the raw milk specifically they say that there are a lot of growth hormones in there and I’m not sure if that would make a difference, more likely a 0.5% change of height is likely if started at 3yo but nothing with bones
it is cope though, too few nutrients to assist any bodily functions

It’s probably good in a way that it will restore your gut Microbiome and some shape of form and this will lead to just everything getting just a tiny bit better like skin and hormones, but it won’t change anything drastically like they tell us

The raw primal diet movement is completely retarded and won’t listen to any studies.

The only benefit that raw has is that it could help with allergy and asthma in adolescence and it tastes way better

I dont have any of those, so drinking whole milk thats pasturised wont do much damage right?

Doesn’t matter. Every single study shows that the nutrient availability of any meat is much better when prepared with heat
Side question, does milk affect bonegrowth drasticly when you are 18 for example

It can prevent it as kids in farms drinking raw have been shown to have lower asthma rates but yeah nothing crazy whole is fine

Yea i agree. Eating ”primal” is crucial in EARLY years like 0-5 but as time goes on it has less effect on bonemass ect. Thats why breatfeedinc has such a huge effect on the development on babies. I didnt get breastfed as much as my sibling for example. And he has much better bone structure.

Calcium does, calcium is an essential Mineral when it comes to bone growth, remodelling and overall bone health, so make sure to get enough of it. Usually, the earth contains an amount of calcium that is sufficient for you to be uptaken via plant matter. How ever, modern day agriculture has depleted our soil of calcium and many other minerals (yes, even our greens are getting less and less healthy ) . There for milk products which are high in calcium are a nessecary addition to our diets. But you can also choose yogurts, skyr certain cheeses etc.
